Yesterday is Lunar the eighth day of the twelfth Lunar month. It is the laba festival in China. It is not big festival. But in this day,there is different thing to do.In this day we often eat laba porridge.Laba porridge also call eight-trtreasure porridge.The people put many kinds of rice,beans,nuts or more than eight thing together.
Expect to laba porride,we also make laba garlic. The people put the garlic in the vinegar. Still keep them until the Spring festival comes.We eat them together with dumplings.It is very delicious!
